video 1:-

This shows a suture being passed through a large vein that sits on top of the prostate.




Video 2 :-

This demonstrates a nerve sparing approach. The left sided grasper holds the seminal vesicles while the prostate is dissected from the neuro-vascular bundle.




Video 3 :-

The apex of the prostate is cut away from the urethra which surrounds the metal bougie passed via the penis.




Video 4 :-

This video shows the prostate being put into a bag and removed from the body. The incision under the umbilicus is enlarged to allow removal of the prostate. (this video shows 5 ports as opposed to my usual 4).
